    Q1: How do I place an order?
    A: Choose a product and size on the product page, upload your photos, add customization notes (pose, outfit, accessories, base text), then checkout. If needed, you can also send photos and details by email after purchase.

    Q2: What can I customize?
    A: You can customize the figurine’s pose, outfit, hairstyle, facial expression, accessories (glasses, tools, bouquet, etc.), and add text on the base (name/date/short message).

    Q3: Can you make multiple people or include pets?
    A: Yes. We can create single-person, couple, family, and pet figurines. Complex designs may require additional production time.

    Q4: Can you create a figurine from old photos?
    A: Yes, as long as the photos are clear enough. If the images are low quality, we may request additional reference photos.


    2) Photo Requirements

    Q5: What kind of photos should I upload?
    A: Clear, well-lit photos are best. A front-facing photo helps us capture facial features. For the best result, provide 2–3 photos (front + side/profile) and one full-body photo for outfit details.

    Q6: Can I use screenshots or filtered photos?
    A: You can, but filters and heavy editing may reduce accuracy. Natural photos with good lighting are recommended.

    Q7: What if I don’t have a full-body photo?
    A: No problem. You can describe the outfit/pose or provide reference images. We can sculpt based on your instructions.

    Q8: Can you match specific outfits or uniforms?
    A: Yes. Please provide clear references and notes. Very small logos/text may be simplified due to size limits.


    3) Likeness & Handmade Expectations

    Q9: Will the figurine look exactly like the photo?
    A: We aim for strong likeness, especially facial features and key details. However, each piece is handmade, so the final product is an artistic sculpted representation rather than a printed copy.

    Q10: Why might the final result look slightly different from the photo?
    A: Differences can be caused by lighting, camera angles, filters, makeup, photo resolution, and handmade material constraints.


    4) Preview & Revisions

    Q11: Do you provide a preview before shipping?
    A: For many orders, we provide progress photos or a preview stage (depending on product/service level). We will let you know if preview is included.

    Q12: Can I request changes during production?
    A: Yes. We offer reasonable revisions during the preview stage (if applicable), such as minor facial detail adjustments, hairstyle refinement, small color corrections, and accessory fixes.

    Q13: How many revision rounds are included?
    A: Typically [1–3] rounds, depending on the product. For additional revisions, we will confirm whether extra time/fees apply.

    Q14: What changes are not considered “reasonable revisions”?
    A: Switching to a completely different person/photo set, changing the entire pose/outfit after confirmation, or requesting a full redesign after production is advanced.


    5) Production Time & Shipping

    Q15: How long does production take?
